Friendship School Community Outreach Program
The public outreach programs held at the Friendship School are free and open to the community. Each month the speakers will focus on a special topic. Please feel free to contact us and let us know what topic you would find helpful. We welcome your input. The Friendship School is centrally located to Carroll, Frederick, Baltimore, Howard and Montgomery Counties.

Meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.

When:   Contact www.carr.org/ccp for meeting time and agenda.  All meetings are broadcast live on Carroll Educational Television (CETV)-Channel 21 on Adelphia Cable. Re-broadcasts will air on Thursday at 8:00 p.m., Saturday at 9:00 a.m., Sunday at 8:00 p.m., and the following Thursday at 8:00 p.m.

MSDE Board of Education Meetings:
The State Board of Education meets at least monthly, usually on the last Tuesday and Wednesday, at the State Education Building, 200 West Baltimore Street in Baltimore, in the seventh floor Board Room.  The public is invited to attend.
